How UDDA Marketing collects, uses, and protects personal data on uddamarketing.com.

Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

UDDA Marketing uses the Google Ads API. When you connect Google Ads, we request access only to your Google Ads data via OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords (campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, and performance metrics). We never access private end-user consumer data such as personal emails, private search histories, or individual consumer identities.

We use that data solely to operate UDDA Marketing for your workspace: syncing performance data, showing analytics and insights, Operator chat with cited evidence, evidence-backed content, and human-reviewed campaign changes. We do not sell, trade, or rent Google Ads data.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. OAuth tokens and synced Google Ads data are stored in our EU-hosted Supabase Postgres database (eu-north-1) with workspace isolation. We share data only with contracted EU hosting/database subprocessors needed to run the service.

UDDA Marketing's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy).

Controller vs. Processor

We act as Data Controller for account and billing data, and as Data Processor for workspace content you upload or connect.
